Ginger Tea

Some time ago I read that ginger root has a lot of great health benefits, especially for diabetics. But it also has the ability to help reduce inflammation, relieve nausea, and help your body digest and process food better.

I used to buy lemon ginger tea in ready-made teabags, but I didn't notice that much in the way of health effects, so I am going to try making it with fresh ginger root. Here is a video for storing ginger for longer periods and making it a bit easier to get that cup of ginger tea. I may give this a try, too.
